These GASP1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of GASP1 in biological samples. GASP1 is an alias of the human GPRASP1 gene, which encodes the protein, G protein-coupled receptor associated sorting protein 1. The GPRASP1 protein is described to be 1395 amino acid residues in length and 156.9 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, with lower expression in medulla, spinal cord and substantia nigra. Other names for this target antigen include GASP.
The detection range for different GASP1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 20 pg/mL and as high as 12000 pg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
