CLEC4G ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 4 member G, which is encoded by the CLEC4G gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to bind mannose, N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and fucose, but not galactose, in a Ca(2+)-dependent manner, in vitro. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 293 residues and a mass of 32.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be preferentially expressed in fetal and adult liver and in lymph nodes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include C-type lectin superfamily 4, member G and liver and lymph node sinusoidal endothelial cell C-type lectin.
The detection range for different CLEC4G ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.078 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
