These GITR Ligand ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of GITR Ligand in biological samples. GITR Ligand is an alias of the human TNFSF18 gene, which encodes the protein, TNF superfamily member 18. Notably, GITR Ligand is known to play a role in adaptive immune responses and cell to cell signaling, among other functions. The TNFSF18 protein is described to be 177 amino acid residues in length and 20.3 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is notably expressed at high levels in the small intestine, ovary, testis, kidney and endothelial cells. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include AITRL, GITRL, and TL6.
Some GITR Ligand ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 125 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
