HRH3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein histamine receptor H3, which is encoded by the HRH3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in chemical synaptic transmission. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 445 residues, a mass of 48.7 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in the CNS, with the greatest expression in the thalamus and caudate nucleus. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include HH3R, histamine H3 receptor, G protein-coupled receptor 97, H3R, and GPCR97.
Some HRH3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
