SOX13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SRY-box transcription factor 13, which is encoded by the SOX13 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a transcription factor that binds to DNA at the consensus sequence 5'-AACAAT-3'. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 622 residues and a mass of 69.2 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in exocrine cells and islets of Langerhans in the pancreas. Other alias names for this target include transcription factor SOX-13, SRY (sex determining region Y)-box 13, SRY-box 13, SRY-related HMG-box gene 13, islet cell antibody 12, and ICA12.
There are SOX13 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
