LZTS2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein leucine zipper tumor suppressor 2, which is encoded by the LZTS2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported regulator of katanin-mediated microtubule severing and release from the centrosome. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 669 residues, a mass of 72.8 kDa, and is a member of the LZTS2 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in prostate and testis, and at slightly lower levels in spleen, thymus, uterus, small intestine and colon. Other alias names for this target include leucine zipper, putative tumor suppressor 2, protein LAPSER1, and leucine zipper putative tumor suppressor 2.
Some LZTS2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
