GAREM1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GRB2 associated regulator of MAPK1 subtype 1, which is encoded by the GAREM1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a adapter protein that plays a role in intracellular signaling cascades triggered either by the cell surface activated epidermal growth factor receptor and/or cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinases. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 876 residues, a mass of 97.2 kDa, and is a member of the GAREM protein family. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include GRB2 associated regulator of MAPK1 1, GRB2 associated, regulator of MAPK1, GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK1, and GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK protein 1.
There are GAREM1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
