GAREM2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GRB2 associated regulator of MAPK1 subtype 2, which is encoded by the GAREM2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a suspected adapter protein that may provide a link between cell surface epidermal growth factor receptor and the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 874 residues, a mass of 92.9 kDa, and is a member of the GAREM protein family. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include GRB2 associated regulator of MAPK1 2, GRB2 associated, regulator of MAPK1-like, GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK protein-like, and GRB2-associated and regulator of MAPK protein 2.
Some GAREM2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
