PLPPR1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein phospholipid phosphatase related 1, which is encoded by the PLPPR1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in neurite outgrowth and neurogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 325 residues, a mass of 35.8 kDa, and is a member of the PA-phosphatase related phosphoesterase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include PRG-3, PRG3, phospholipid phosphatase-related protein type 1, inactive 2-lysophosphatidate phosphatase PLPPR1, and LPPR1.
Some PLPPR1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.312 ng/mL and as high as 50 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
