CCL13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine ligand 13, which is encoded by the CCL13 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes, lymphocytes, basophils and eosinophils, but not neutrophils. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 98 residues, a mass of 11 kDa, and is a member of the Intercrine beta (chemokine CC) protein family. It is known to be secreted and is widely expressed across many tissue types. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved. Other alias names for this target include MCP-4, NCC-1, NCC1, SCYA13, SCYL1, C-C motif chemokine 13, CK-beta-10, and CKb10.
The detection range for different CCL13 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.625 pg/mL and as high as 4500 ng/L. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
