PROX1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein prospero homeobox 1, which is encoded by the PROX1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported transcription factor involved in developmental processes such as cell fate determination, gene transcriptional regulation and progenitor cell regulation in a number of organs. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 737 residues, a mass of 83.2 kDa, and is a member of the Prospero homeodomain protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include homeobox prospero-like protein PROX1, prospero-related homeobox 1, and prospero homeobox protein 1.
There are PROX1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
