SRPK2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SRSF protein kinase 2, which is encoded by the SRPK2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in angiogenesis and cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 688 residues, a mass of 77.5 kDa, and is a member of the CMGC Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in the brain, moderately expressed in heart and skeletal muscle and at low levels in the lung, liver, and kidney. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include SFRS protein kinase 2, SR protein kinase 2, SR-protein-specific kinase 2, serine kinase SRPK2, serine/arginine-rich protein-specific kinase 2, and SFRSK2.
The detection range for different SRPK2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
