ADGRA2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein adhesion G protein-coupled receptor A2, which is encoded by the ADGRA2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be an endothelial receptor, which functions together with RECK to enable brain endothelial cells to selectively respond to Wnt7 signals (WNT7A or WNT7B). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1338 residues, a mass of 142.6 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 2 protein family. It is known to be localized in the extracellular matrix and cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in endothelial cells. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated and cleaved. Other alias names for this target include TEM5, G-protein coupled receptor 124, tumor endothelial marker 5, and GPR124.
The detection range for different ADGRA2 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
