TBC1D2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein TBC1 domain family member 2, which is encoded by the TBC1D2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as GTPase-activating protein for RAB7A. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 928 residues and a mass of 105.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in a broad range of tissues, especially in kidney, liver, lung and placenta. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include TBC1 domain family, member 2A, armus, prostate antigen recognized and identified by SEREX 1, and TBC1 domain family member 2A.
Some TBC1D2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
