CLCN4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein chloride voltage-gated channel 4, which is encoded by the CLCN4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 760 residues, a mass of 84.9 kDa, and is a member of the Chloride channel (TC 2.A.49) protein family. It is known to be localized in the ER and lysosomes and is notably expressed in skeletal muscle and also detectable in the brain and heart. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The CLCN4 gene has been associated with the disease, Raynaud-Claes syndrome. Other alias names for this target include ClC-4, ClC-4A, MRX15, MRX49, MRXSRC, H(+)/Cl(-) exchange transporter 4, chloride channel 4, and CLC4.
Some CLCN4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
