GIMAP4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GTPase, IMAP family member 4, which is encoded by the GIMAP4 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 329 residues, a mass of 37.5 kDa, and is a member of the AIG1/Toc34/Toc159-like paraseptin GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in spleen and peripheral blood leukocytes that contain mostly T- and B-lymphocytes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include IAN1, IMAP4, MSTP062, human immune associated nucleotide 1, immune-associated nucleotide-binding protein 1, and IAN-1.
