GFRA3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein GDNF family receptor alpha 3, which is encoded by the GFRA3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for the glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor, ARTN (artemin). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 400 residues, a mass of 44.5 kDa, and is a member of the GDNFR protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is found to be widely expressed in adult and fetus which exhibit a similar pattern. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include GDNF receptor alpha-3, GDNFR-alpha-3, GFR-alpha-3, GPI-linked receptor, glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor receptor alpha-3, and GDNFR3.
Some GFRA3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 11 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
