These Fibulin 3 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Fibulin 3 in biological samples. Fibulin 3 is an alias of the human EFEMP1 gene, which encodes the protein, EGF containing fibulin extracellular matrix protein 1. Notably, Fibulin 3 is known to play a role in eye development and the regulation of cell differentiation, among other functions. The EFEMP1 protein is 493 amino acid residues in length and 54.6 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 5 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the extracellular matrix and is secreted. This protein is known to be glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include DHRD, DRAD, and FBLN3.
Some Fibulin 3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
