TFDP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein transcription factor Dp-1, which is encoded by the TFDP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in epidermis development and the regulation of transcription. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 410 residues, a mass of 45.1 kDa, and is a member of the E2F/DP protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported be highly expressed in muscle. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include DP1, DRTF1, Dp-1, DRTF1-polypeptide 1, E2F dimerization partner 1, and DILC.
Some TFDP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
