LEF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lymphoid enhancer binding factor 1, which is encoded by the LEF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a transcription factor that binds DNA in a sequence-specific manner. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 399 residues, a mass of 44.2 kDa, and is a member of the TCF/LEF protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed in thymus. As many as 7 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include TCF1ALPHA, TCF7L3, T cell-specific transcription factor 1-alpha, TCF1-alpha, and TCF10.
The detection range for different LEF1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 20 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
