These NOGO Receptor ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of NOGO Receptor in biological samples. NOGO Receptor is an alias of the human RTN4R gene, which encodes the protein, reticulon 4 receptor. Notably, NOGO Receptor is known to play a role in neuronal development and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other functions. The RTN4R protein is described to be 473 amino acid residues in length and 50.7 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be widely expressed in the brain but highest levels in the gray matter. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated and N-glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include Nogo-66 receptor, UNQ330/PRO526, and nogo receptor.
The detection range for different NOGO Receptor ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 20 pg/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
