The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 435 residues and a mass of 49.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the ER and is reported be expressed at highest levels in testis, lower levels in heart, liver, lung, and kidney. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported.
