SPAG9 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sperm associated antigen 9, which is encoded by the SPAG9 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in neuronal differentiation and the regulation of cell migration. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1321 residues, a mass of 146.2 kDa, and is a member of the JIP scaffold protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, lysosomes and cytoplasm and is found to be preferentially expressed in testis on the round spermatids of stage I, II and II. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HLC-6, HLC4, HLC6, JIP-4, JIP4, JLP, PHET, and CT89.
Some SPAG9 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
