These Entactin ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Entactin in biological samples. Entactin is an alias of the human NID1 gene, which encodes the protein, nidogen 1. Notably, Entactin is known to play a role in the Wnt signaling pathway and cell matrix adhesion, among other functions. The NID1 protein is 1247 amino acid residues in length and 136.4 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. Its subcellular localization is in the extracellular matrix and is secreted. This protein is known to be O-glycosylated. Other names for this target antigen include NID and enactin.
Some Entactin ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78.125 pg/mL and as high as 30 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
