CARD11 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein caspase recruitment domain family member 11, which is encoded by the CARD11 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported adaptor protein that plays a key role in adaptive immune response by transducing the activation of NF-kappa-B downstream of T-cell receptor (TCR) and B-cell receptor (BCR) engagement. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1154 residues and a mass of 133.3 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed in adult peripheral blood leukocytes, thymus, spleen and liver. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The CARD11 gene has been associated with the disease, B-cell expansion with NFKB and T-cell anergy. Other alias names for this target include CARD-containing MAGUK protein 1, bcl10-interacting maguk protein 3, carma 1, and caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 11.
Some CARD11 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
