GGT6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein gamma-glutamyltransferase 6, which is encoded by the GGT6 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 493 residues, a mass of 50.5 kDa, and is a member of the Gamma-glutamyltransferase protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include gamma-glutamyltransferase 6 homolog, gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase 6, and glutathione hydrolase 6.
Some GGT6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
