CLEC12B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-type lectin domain family 12 member B, which is encoded by the CLEC12B gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 276 residues and a mass of 31.6 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is notably expressed in colon, heart, kidney, liver, lung, mammary gland, ovary, spleen and testis. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include macrophage antigen h and testis secretory sperm-binding protein Li 205a.
Some CLEC12B ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 3000 ng/L. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
