RAB4B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAB4B, member RAS oncogene family, which is encoded by the RAB4B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a Small GTPase which cycles between an active GTP-bound and an inactive GDP-bound state (By similarity). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 213 residues, a mass of 23.6 kDa, and is a member of the Rab protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include ras-related GTP-binding protein 4b, small GTP binding protein RAB4B, and ras-related protein Rab-4B.
Some RAB4B ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
