SS18 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SS18 subunit of BAF chromatin remodeling complex, which is encoded by the SS18 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is suggested to function synergistically with RBM14 as a transcriptional coactivator. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 418 residues, a mass of 45.9 kDa, and is a member of the SS18 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SSXT, SYT, protein SSXT, SS18, nBAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit, and SMARCL1.
Some SS18 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
