The ELISA kits listed below target RSPO1, the symbol for the human gene, R-spondin 1, and a member of the R-spondin family. The protein encoded by RSPO1 has a predicted amino acid length of 263, a mass of 29 kDa, and a nuclear and secreted subcellular localization. There are currently 3 reported isoforms, as well as sites of glycosylation. Pathologic involvement is reported in Keratoderma, palmoplantar, with squamous cell carcinoma of skin and sex reversal. RSPO1 may also be known by the following names: RSPO, CRISTIN3, roof plate-specific spondin-1, and R-spondin homolog. Orthologs of the gene, including human, mouse, rat, bovine, chicken, primate, and other mammalian are available targets of several ELISA kits.
