SORCS3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sortilin related VPS10 domain containing receptor 3, which is encoded by the SORCS3 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1222 residues, a mass of 135.8 kDa, and is a member of the VPS10-related sortilin protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in the brain. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include VPS10 domain-containing receptor SorCS3, VPS10 domain receptor protein SORCS 3 (SORCS3), and SORCS.
Some SORCS3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
