These Renalase ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Renalase in biological samples. Renalase is an alias of the human RNLS gene, which encodes the protein, renalase, FAD dependent amine oxidase. The protein is known to catalyze the oxidation of the less abundant 1,2-dihydro-beta-NAD(P) and 1,6-dihydro-beta-NAD(P) to form beta-NAD(P)(+). The RNLS protein is 342 amino acid residues in length and 37.8 kilodaltons in mass. However, as many as 2 protein isoforms have been identified. It is known to be a secreted protein. Other names for this target antigen include C10orf59 and MAO-C.
The detection range for different Renalase ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 156 pg/mL and as high as 40 µg/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
