CCL23 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine ligand 23, which is encoded by the CCL23 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 120 residues, a mass of 13.4 kDa, and is a member of the Intercrine beta (chemokine CC) protein family. It is known to be secreted and is notably expressed in adult lung, liver, skeletal muscle and pancreas. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved. Other alias names for this target include CKb8, Ckb-8, Ckb-8-1, MIP-3, MIP3, MPIF-1, SCYA23, and CK-BETA-8.
Some CCL23 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 2.74 pg/mL and as high as 6000 pg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
