EML2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein EMAP like 2, which is encoded by the EML2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 649 residues, a mass of 70.7 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat EMAP protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include EMAP-2, EMAP2, echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 2, echinoderm MT-associated protein (EMAP)-like protein 70, and ELP70.
There are EML2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
