Anti-SDR-SRL antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene DHRS4, or 'dehydrogenase/reductase 4' in humans. The 278-amino acid protein is a member of the Short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family. The cellular localization is predicted to be nuclear.
