Anti-TOCA1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TOCA1 is a known alias name of the protein formin binding protein 1 like, encoded by the FNBP1L gene in humans. This 605-amino acid residue protein is known to be required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis. It is localized to the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. The term C1orf39 is another synonym for TOCA1. Indicated applications for TOCA1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
