Anti-SLT1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SLT1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the USE1 gene, which encodes unconventional SNARE in the ER 1. This protein is known to function in protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of SLT1 has a canonical amino acid length of 259 residues and a protein mass of 29.4 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SLT1 is a member of the USE1 protein family. Indicated applications for SLT1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
