Anti-SPRYD7 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SPRY domain containing 7. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 196 amino acid residues and a mass of 21.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include CLL deletion region gene 6 protein, chronic lymphocytic leukemia deletion region gene 6 protein, epididymis secretory sperm binding protein, and SPRY domain-containing protein 7. SPRYD7 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the Spryd7 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry are also common applications.
