Anti-SAD1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SAD1 is a known alias name of the protein ubiquitin specific peptidase 39, encoded by the USP39 gene in humans. This 565-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in pre-mRNA splicing as a component of the U4/U6-U5 tri-snRNP, one of the building blocks of the precatalytic spliceosome. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for SAD1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
