Anti-PR72 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PR72 is a known alias name of the protein protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B''alpha, encoded by the PPP2R3A gene in humans. This 1150-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological processes. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be expressed in the heart, brain, placenta, lung, muscle and kidney. Other synonyms for PR72 include PPP2R3 and PR130. Indicated applications for PR72 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
