Anti-PFD3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PFD3 is a known alias name of the protein VHL binding protein 1, encoded by the VBP1 gene in humans. This 197-amino acid residue protein is known to bind specifically to cytosolic chaperonin (c-CPN) and transfers target proteins to it. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for PFD3 include HIBBJ46 and PFDN3. Indicated applications for PFD3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
