Anti-Not4h antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Not4h antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CNOT4 gene, which encodes CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 4. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination and regulation of megakaryocyte differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of Not4h has a canonical amino acid length of 575 residues and a protein mass of 63.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CLONE243 and NOT4. Western Blot is the most common application for the Not4h antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
