Anti-MRPP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MRPP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRMT10C gene, which encodes tRNA methyltransferase 10C, mitochondrial RNase P subunit. The human version of MRPP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 403 residues and a protein mass of 47.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include COXPD30 and HNYA. Indicated applications for MRPP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
