Anti-OX19 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the OX19 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the AFF2 gene, which encodes ALF transcription elongation factor 2. This protein is known to function in brain development and mRNA processing, among other biological roles. The human version of OX19 has a canonical amino acid length of 1311 residues and a protein mass of 144.8 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, tonsil, and bone marrow. Other names for this target antigen include FMR2, FMR2P, and FRAXE. Indicated applications for OX19 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
