Anti-MRX30 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MRX30 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PAK3 gene, which encodes p21 (RAC1) activated kinase 3. This protein is known to function in dendrite development, among other biological roles. The human version of MRX30 has a canonical amino acid length of 559 residues and a protein mass of 62.3 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the cerebellum. Other names for this target antigen include ARA and MRX47. Western Blot is the most common application for the MRX30 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
