Anti-FRRS1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ferric chelate reductase 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 293 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is reported to be expressed in adult and fetal brain. FRRS1L is reported to be an important modulator of glutamate signaling pathway. Synonyms for this target antigen include CG-6, CG6, DEE37, EIEE37, DOMON domain-containing protein FRRS1L, brain protein CG-6, and C9orf4.
