Anti-HuncM-IC antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HuncM-IC antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MYO1E gene, which encodes myosin IE. This protein is known to function in endocytosis and in utero embryonic development, among other biological roles. The human version of HuncM-IC has a canonical amino acid length of 1108 residues and a protein mass of 127.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include FSGS6 and HuncM-IC. Indicated applications for HuncM-IC antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
