Anti-IL18RB antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IL18RB antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IL18RAP gene, which encodes interleukin 18 receptor accessory protein. This protein is known to function in cell proliferation and immune response pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of IL18RB has a canonical amino acid length of 599 residues and a protein mass of 68.3 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, and bone marrow. Other names for this target antigen include ACPL, CD218b, and CDw218b. Western Blot is the most common application for the IL18RB antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
