Anti-H-YPT3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the H-YPT3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RAB11B gene, which encodes RAB11B, member RAS oncogene family. This protein is known to function in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological roles. The human version of H-YPT3 has a canonical amino acid length of 218 residues and a protein mass of 24.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles of cells. This target antigen may also be known as H-YPT3.
