Anti-I1PP2A antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene ANP32A, or 'acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A' in humans. The 249-amino acid protein is a member of the ANP32 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic and nuclear.
